Girls on the Run Set To Have Some Fun

Girls on the Run, a nationwide nonprofit that promotes exercise, health and self-esteem in young girls, is looking for volunteers in Palm Beach County, Fla., for the upcoming Kids Fitness Festival.

The Kids Fitness Festival, sponsored by the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, will take place July 17 and 18, 2013, at the convention center in West Palm Beach. Times are 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days.

Volunteers are needed to talk about the Girls on the Run organization and to assist with 45-minute lessons for girls interested in the program. Snacks and lunch will be provided.
